I am a professionally qualified & insured therapist working with general issues, but with a special interest in Anxiety States, Phobias, Trauma & Abuse. I use a variety of techniques which include Hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching, Meridian Therapies (EFT, TAT, EmoTrance) and Critical Incident Debriefing.

My practice is on the south coast very near to the city of Southampton, adjoining the New Forest National Park and the coastal area of Beaulieu/Lymington/New Milton.

I have memberships of various professional bodies and I am the facilitator for a GHR peer support group and a Meridian Therapy support group
