Training Course Directory - notes

The Register of Trauma Specialists maintains a directory of training courses that specialise in aspects of trauma. We have not however verified the quality and content of courses and therefore accept no responsibility for the content and quality of courses listed in the directory.

Understanding how the directory works
We will use a fictitious training provider as an example.  ABC Trainers may provide 12 training programs, one of which is a workshop in EMDR.  The EMDR workshop be registered in this directory.  ABC Trainers would then be able to offer qualifying graduates of their EMDR workshop a discount of 50% against the one off registration fee for The Register of Trauma Specialists.  However they would not be able to claim that ABC Trainers was accredited by the Register. 

Graduates of courses listed in the directory benefit from:

• 50% reduction against the one off joining fee.  Our current registration fee for individual practitioners is £50
• Graduates who join RTS become eligible to join our insurance scheme (Fee for insurance paid directly to insurers)
• You may state in your publicity material that your course or workshop is leads to a 50% reduction in the one off joining fee for the Register of Trauma Specialists
• Graduates You may list other individual registration benefits listed on this site - click here for more information
• Registrants may use the RTS logo on their web sites and other promotional materials

How to apply for registration with the directory

Entry in the training directory is entirely at our discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.  In the first instance contact us informally and send us details of your training program.  We will review the program within 14 days.  There are no fees involved to register...
